Instant Digital Delivery:

Prepaid Mobile Recharges: Your recharge will be successfully processed instantly after the completion of your transaction. You will receive a notification regarding this from your service provider.
DTH Recharges: DTH recharges will also be credited instantly once the payment is processed. Your DTH service provider will send you a notification regarding this.
Bill Payments: We credit the bill amount to the respective service provider as soon as we receive it successfully from you. A receipt for this transaction will be sent to them, and you will receive a notification.

Order Processing:

Once the payment is completed successfully using our secure platform, the services are processed instantly. A delay may occur due to downtime or technical errors, but it is very rare. You will get an Email or SMS confirming that your transaction has been successfully completed.

Transaction Problems:

Failed Transactions: If your transaction fails due to network issues or other problems and an amount has been deducted, you will receive the refund within 5 to 7 business days. Delayed Transactions: If your transactions are not processed instantly, we recommend waiting for 30 minutes before making another attempt.
